Um susto na linha da Quinta na tarde desta segunda-feira, 06. O ônibus da linha das 13h30 perdeu a roda esquerda traseira em plena BR-392. O ônibus estava com passageiros, cobrador e motorista e, felizmente, ninguém se feriu. Segundo o secretário de Mobilidade, Major Anderson Castro este veículo já operava antes da mudança ocorrida no sistema de transporte coletivo. "Empresa está recolhendo e irá proceder análise técnica para ver o que houve. Pela SMMAS iremos determinar nova inspeção antes de retomar uso", afirmou ele. A secretaria está determinando que a vistoria seja feita por um engenheiro mecânico para analisar o que levou o problema, bem como, o histórico do motorista. 

Segundo Lohanna Laureano que estava no veículo, ele estava estranho desde o momento em que ela subiu: "Eu subi na FURG e ele já estava meio estranho, fazia barulhos como se estivesse quebrando. Quando chegou pouco antes do viaduto no sentido Rio Grande X Quinta, quando ele aumentava a velocidade para subir na BR, as duas rodas esquerdas traseiras caíram e o ônibus quase virou. Com muita sorte o motorista foi ágil e competente para controlar o ônibus e tirar pro acostamento".
